Bilingual Spanish-English Client Associate

Full Circle CX is looking for a reliable and professional Spanish-English Bilingual to join our remote team.

Preferred Location:
Applicants from other Spanish-speaking countries are welcome.

What We’re Looking For:
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- At least 1 year of Call Center, BPO, or Customer Service experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in Healthcare/Home Healthcare is preferred
- Experience in the Legal industry is a plus
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable handling calls, inquiries, and client communications
