Female HHA Schedule: Mon-Sun (8pm - 8am) Night Shift/ Live-Out Location: Forest Hills Case: 83 yrs old female, needs extensive assistance with ADLs, long'd stay short errands & some short errands. 3. Male or Female HHA Schedule: Fri & Sat (8:30am - 8:30pm) Day Shift/ Live-Out Location: Manhattan Case: 93 yrs old female, needs extensive assistance with ADLs, patient is fall risk, light housekeeping & some short errands. 4. Male HHA Schedule: Mondays 8am - 8pm Day Shift/ Live-In Location: Watermill, NY (Suffolk County) Case: Female w/ in Alzheimer's, needs companion & assistance with errands and light housekeeping. 5. Female HHA Schedule: Mondays 8am - 8pm Day Shift/ Live-In Location: Manhattan Case: Needs assistance with ADLs. 6. Female HHA Schedule: Mon to Fri - 9am to 7pm Location: Watermill, NY (Suffolk County) Case: Gentlemen needs extensive assistance with ADLs & some assistance with driver for errands and doctor’s appointments.
