Reliable Florida Contractors WE'RE HIRING CONSTRUCTION OFFICE & PROJECT COORDINATOR Bilingual: English + Spanish Construction Experience Required AI Tools • Permits • Inspections • Sales Follow-Up South Florida What You'll Do: -Serve as the main point of contact for subcontractors, handling scheduling and day to day coordination. -Schedule and track building inspections, and follow up on permit status with local departments. -Order and track construction materials for active jobs. -Follow up with clients after quotes are sent, and work to close deals. -Use AI tools to streamline daily tasks such as communications, scheduling, and reports. -Support day to day office administration. -Keep project timelines on track by flagging delays or issues early. -Communicate with clients, subcontractors, and vendors in both English and Spanish. Requirements, all mandatory. Proven, provable background in the construction industry. -Comfortable following up on quotes and closing sales with clients. -Advanced experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT/Claude/Gemini to support daily work. -Familiarity with permitting, inspections, and subcontractor workflows. -Working knowledge of construction materials and ordering processes. -Fluent in both English and Spanish, spoken and written. -Strong organizational skills. -Prior experience at a general contracting or home improvement company. -Track record of closing sales or converting quotes into signed jobs. -Familiarity with South Florida permitting offices in Broward, Miami-Dade, and Palm Beach.
