Director of Rehabilitation - Physical Therapy

Shifts Available: DaysEmployment Type: Full TimeHours: 8 hour – 8:00am to 5:00pmLocation: Pampa Regional Medical Center Pampa, TX We are seeking a Director of Rehabilitation - Physical Therapy, sometimes referred to as a Director of Rehabilitation & Wellness Services. The Director of Rehabilitation - Physical Therapy oversees the daily operations and overall performance of rehabilitation, therapy, wellness, nursing, and business functions. This role leads the development of programs and services that support the changing needs of the community while promoting quality care and positive outcomes. The Director also manages staffing, budgets, performance improvement, strategic initiatives, regulatory compliance, marketing, community outreach, and relationships with physicians and other key partners. ResponsibilitiesOversee daily operations across rehabilitation, therapy, wellness, nursing, and business services to support quality care and strong department performanceDevelop, implement, and maintain rehabilitation and wellness programs based on the needs of patients and the surrounding communityManage staffing, budgets, performance improvement efforts, information systems, and other departmental resourcesSupport strategic planning, marketing, community education, physician and customer relationships, regulatory compliance, and accreditation requirements QualificationsMasters Degree in a Medical Rehabilitation field preferred.Five years of clinical practice with supervisory experience.Licensed by the Physical Therapy Board of state.BLS for healthcare providers certification upon hire and maintain current.
