Full-Time Insurance CSR

40 HOURS/WEEK • BONUS OPPORTUNITIES Responsibilities include: • Answering inbound calls and assisting customers • Servicing existing auto, home, and commercial policies • Processing policy changes and payments • Helping new customers through the onboarding process • Following up on documents and underwriting requests • Assisting with renewals and customer retention • Identifying cross-sell opportunities • Keeping customer records and policy notes organized Insurance experience and a Property & Casualty license are preferred, but we’re also willing to consider the right person who is professional, organized, dependable, and eager to learn.
