About the role
Rnamco is seeking contractors for insurance claim rebuilds and complete interior reconstruction. R3 handles the insurance estimate and approval coordination so contractors can focus on production, quality, and completing the project.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple active projects.
- Work on kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, drywall, paint, trim, and complete interior reconstruction.
- Communicate with homeowners and the R3 production team.
- Keep projects moving and take pride in quality workmanship.
Requirements
- Experience with insurance claim rebuilds and the ability to read and work from Xactimate estimates.
- Licensed and insured, with proof of COI.
- References and examples of completed work.
- Experience with supplements, exterior work, permits, and commercial projects is a plus.
