We are hiring GENERAL LABOR WORKERS for a busy mattress manufacturing facility. No mattress manufacturing experience is required – We are looking for reliable, hardworking individuals who are ready to work! PAY & SHIFT INFORMATION 1ST SHIFT Regular Hours: 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM Extended Schedule: 3:00 AM – 1:30 PM when overtime is available Starting Pay: $16.50/hour PAY INCREASES: • After 30 days: $17.00/hour • After 60 days: $18.00/hour 2ND SHIFT Regular Hours: 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM Extended Schedule: 1:00 PM – 11:30 PM when overtime is available Starting Pay: $17.25/hour PAY INCREASES: • After 30 days: $17.75/hour • After 60 days: $18.75/hour 3RD SHIFT Hours: 9:00 PM – 5:30 AM Starting Pay: $17.50/hour JOB DUTIES Fill and prepare boxes Pack mattress products Palletize finished products Fill pillows Wrap and secure pallets Zip mattress covers Assist with general production and material handling Maintain a clean and safe work area Follow all safety and production procedures BONUSES $50 EMPLOYEE REFERRAL BONUS $100 GREAT ATTENDANCE BONUS If you are dependable, motivated, and ready to work, we want to hear from you!
