Basic Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting - CPA License - Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting Preferred Qualifications: - CPA license in the state of work office - Extensive knowledge of U.S. GAAP, U.S. GAAS, and PCAOB standards - Experience as a team leader and team member within the US Assurance practice - Strong leadership skills and ability to work effectively in a global network - Proficiency in building relationships and managing client expectations - Understanding of industry trends and business acumen - Familiarity with automation and digitization in a professional services environment - Ability to innovate through new technologies and leverage data visualization tools These requirements and preferences aim to ensure that candidates possess the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in the role of Assurance Manager.
