What you’ll do

• Respond to guest inquiries and messages
• Assist with bookings, check-ins, and check-outs
• Handle guest concerns and resolve issues
• Provide a warm, professional, and helpful guest experience

What we’re looking for

• Previous experience in guest communication (short term rentals, hospitality, or customer service)
• Experience with Airbnb and other OTAs (, VRBO, Agoda, etc.).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
• Able to work independently and manage your time well
