About the role
San Miguel Attorneys P.C. is hiring an intake specialist to handle prospective client inquiries and legal matter intake.
Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed intake interviews and gather information about prospective legal matters.
- Evaluate and qualify potential clients using established firm criteria.
- Schedule consultations, explain the process, collect fees, and help convert leads into clients.
- Maintain accurate records and workflows in CRM systems.
Requirements
- Experience in client intake, sales, customer service, or legal support.
- English-Spanish fluency is required.
- Strong communication and organization skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Clio Grow/Clio Manage preferred.
