Role: Interior Design Manager (Luxury Custom Homes) - Ultra-Luxury Master-planned CommunityLocation: Puerto RicoSalary: US $150,000 + bonus + medical/dental/vision + benefits
A globally recognised Luxury Real Estate Developer are seeking to appoint an Interior Design Manager to lead the interior design delivery of a multi-phase, ultra-luxury master-planned resort and residential community spanning over 1,000 acres, which will include a championship golf course, private club amenities, luxury hospitality, and world-class residential offerings within one of the Caribbean's most ambitious long-term developments.
Working with executive leadership, you will oversee interior design primarily across luxury custom residences, but also some hospitality, club and amenity spaces, coordinating internationally recognised interior designers and specialist consultants to ensure design excellence is maintained throughout all phases of development.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead the interior design vision across luxury residential developmentsManage and coordinate internationally recognised interior designers, consultants and local vendorsOversee projects from concept design through design development, documentation and constructionCoordinate third-party designers across custom homes, luxury amenities and hospitality spacesEnsure designs align with brand standards, operational requirements, budget and programme objectives
RequirementsDegree qualified Architect or related design professional10+ years of experience delivering luxury residential, hospitality and mixed-use developmentsExperience working on behalf of a developer, owner or master developerDemonstrated track record managing large-scale, complex destination developmentsExperience leading external architectural and design consultant teams
