About the role
Greystar is hiring a Leasing Professional to coordinate the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies. The role supports occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals through leasing activities, resident satisfaction, and lease renewals.
Responsibilities
- Perform sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals, including greeting and qualifying prospects, conducting community tours, showing apartments, processing applications, completing credit screening and criminal background checks, and preparing lease and move-in packages.
- Ensure a smooth resident move-in and lease signing.
- Inspect apartments before resident move-in, ensure they are move-in ready, and schedule outstanding items with the maintenance team.
- Stay informed about current market and competitor conditions that may affect community occupancy and sales.
