Lecturer Cum Academic Coordinator

Key Responsibilities - Plan and conduct lectures, assess student performance, provide academic guidance, and ensure effective delivery of assigned modules. - Maintain accurate student records, coordinate assessments and examinations, compile results, and prepare academic reports. - Address academic enquiries, provide student counselling, facilitate communication between students and lecturer, and support a positive learning environment. Qualifications & Requirements - Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline(PhD/DBA or Master’s degree is preferred). - Minimum of 2 years' experience in lecturing or academic administration within a higher education institution. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Learning Management Systems (LMS) is an added advantage. - Ability to work on weekends kindly send us your cv 407/3/A,Robert Gunawardane Mw.,Battaramulla,Sri Lanka
