Maintenance Technician III

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician III to join a hospital facility maintenance team. This position is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing critical facility equipment and systems. Requirements include 3+ years of experience, strong troubleshooting skills, experience with HVAC, boilers, chillers, generators, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems, ability to read blueprints, use hand and power tools, basic computer skills, and a high school diploma or equivalent. Night shift from 7:00 PM to 7:15 AM, typically Sunday–Wednesday or Wednesday–Saturday, with schedule flexibility. Hospital maintenance experience and HVAC, Electrical, or Plumbing certification/license are a plus.
