Network Specialist

We are looking for a Network Specialist with strong infrastructure experience and a service-oriented mindset to support client environments across Puerto Rico.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, configure, and maintain network infrastructure (routers, firewalls, switches)Provide customer-facing technical support (on-site, remote, and phone)Implement and support servers, wireless networks, and enterprise systemsMonitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure network security and stabilityCollaborate with internal teams, vendors, and clientsRequirementsBachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field3+ years of experience in networking or systems infrastructureStrong troubleshooting and communication skillsAbility to travel to client locations across Puerto RicoAdditional DetailsOwn vehicle required (car allowance provided)Approximately 85% of the role involves islandwide travel to client locations across Puerto RicoOccasional travel to USVI may be requiredRotating on-call scheduleMonday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
