About the role
Confidential is seeking a Nurse Practitioner – Functional Medicine for a part-time role. The practice focuses on personalized, holistic care that addresses root causes and integrates evidence-based functional medicine approaches. The role involves direct patient care and comprehensive assessments, including functional lab interpretations, to develop personalized treatment plans.

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, interpret functional labs, and develop personalized treatment plans grounded in functional medicine principles.
- Conduct follow-up visits, monitor patient progress, and adjust care plans as needed.
- Document encounters in the medical record and collaborate with other clinicians.
- Educate patients on lifestyle, nutrition, and preventive strategies.
- Support practice protocols, maintain regulatory and safety standards, and contribute to clinical workflows and patient education materials.

- Eligibility to practice in an outpatient setting.
