NTT DATA is looking for high-achieving team players that are quickly adaptable to new challenges and entrepreneurial ventures. We are looking for an Operations Assistant to work in a hybrid scheme from Costa Rica with our global client.
Responsibilities:
Digital Transformation & CRM ManagementSupport the enhancement and digital transformation of information systems, particularly Salesforce.Gather and document business requirements and assist in translating operational needs into system enhancements.Coordinate with technical teams and stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.Track system enhancement requests and support user acceptance testing and validation activities.Maintain and update Salesforce CRM records, including: Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Due diligence records, Non-Objection processes, Partner intelligence information.Ensure data integrity, completeness, consistency, and compliance with organizational guidelines.Serve as a Data Champion by supporting data governance initiatives and responding to data-related requests.
Partnership & Resource Mobilization SupportProvide operational and administrative support to REM team members.Assist with document management, coordination activities, scheduling, and data entry.Support partnership-related processes and follow-up activities.Coordinate with internal stakeholders to facilitate partner engagement and resource mobilization efforts.Contribute to the delivery of high-quality outputs and timely responses across the division.
Front Office SupportSupport in executing departmental priorities.Assist with employee engagement and recognition initiatives.Coordinate knowledge-sharing and learning activities.Support the logistics and administration of meetings, workshops, and events.Provide ad hoc support to other teams as required.
RequirementsBachelor's degree in one of the following fields: Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Related discipline.Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience.Exposure to compliance, due diligence, or Know Your Customer (KYC) processes is preferred.Experience working with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce, is highly desirable.Languages: Fluent English and Spanish (written and spoken).
