Part-Time Gift Shop Associate

Approximately 15 hours per week $12 per hour Weekends are required Part-time, year-round position What You’ll Do * Welcome visitors with outstanding customer service * Operate the gift shop register and assist with purchases * Restock merchandise and keep displays neat and inviting * Answer questions about the Blue Whale, Route 66, and the Catoosa area * Cleaning (glass – LOTS of glass, sweeping floors, cleaning restrooms and keeping displays looking great) and organize the Blue Whale Visitor Center and gift shop * Assist with setup for special events as needed What We’re Looking For * An exceptionally friendly, outgoing personality * A passion for providing outstanding customer service * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment * Dependable, punctual, and a team player * Comfortable standing and walking on concrete floors for extended periods * Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds * Strong communication skills and a positive attitude *Willingness to jump-in where needed Apply through the City of Catoosa.
