About the role
Alivia Health is seeking a Patient Service Associate to support the patient experience through patient registration, medication delivery coordination, and customer service. This cross-functional role works with multiple departments to support efficient operations, accurate documentation, and clear communication with patients and healthcare providers. The role supports high-quality patient care and compliance with organizational standards and privacy requirements.

Requirements
- High School Diploma required; data entry experience preferred.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
- Availability to work Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and alternate Saturdays.
