With a strong focus on quality, reliability, and strategic support, we position our partners to stand out, compete at a higher level, and consistently deliver excellence.Job SummaryThe Retail Account Representative (RAR) is responsible for maintaining the standards of Puerto Rico Deli Provisions and its brands within assigned accounts, ensuring that each store complies with its designed program and achieves sustainable sales growth.This position is critical to achieving the company’s business objectives. The RAR must be an expert in product movement, inventory levels, and growth opportunities within each account. They will be responsible for managing sales using comparative data, identifying SKU expansion opportunities, placing new products, and ensuring compliance with forecast goals.In addition, the RAR must maintain excellent execution of marketing initiatives, POP (Point-of-Purchase) materials, and relationships with department supervisors. The Retail Account Representative will project a positive company image and maintain the highest level of professionalism.Essential FunctionsServe as a leader and ambassador for Puerto Rico Deli Provisions, Boar’s Head, and the independent brands we represent.Responsible of taking inventory and processing orders for assigned accounts.Communicate monthly marketing campaigns to deli partners.Effectively communicate store progress to Key Account Manager and Retail Operations Supervisors.Ensure proper product rotation and maintain display cases and merchandising areas that are attractive, clean, and organized.Present sales data to department supervisors, team leaders, and store managers, including PACS, Give, Gather & Go, and Mystery Shopper results.Keep promotion prices, offers and promotional material up to date.What you need to succeed?2 to 3 years of experience in a similar positionActively align with and model the mission, vision, and values of Puerto Rico Deli Provisions.Maintain a positive, engaged, and team-oriented approach.Work effectively with minimal supervision and sound judgment.Additional Benefits:Performance Bonus - Based on KPIs and quarterly objectives.Car allowanceCellphone allowance
