Security Control Room Supervisor

About the role

Niecie Lala is seeking a Security Control Room Supervisor to supervise and coordinate daily control room operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Control Room Operators.
• Monitor CCTV, alarms, access control and security systems.
• Ensure prompt response and escalation of security incidents.
• Maintain accurate logs, reports and incident records.
• Ensure compliance with security protocols and company procedures.
• Promote confidentiality, professionalism and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Grade 12 / Matric.
• 2–3 years' experience in a Control Room, Security Operations or Monitoring Centre.
• Minimum 1 year's supervisory or team leader experience.
• Valid PSiRA registration (where applicable).
• Experience with CCTV, alarm monitoring, access control and incident management systems.
• Strong computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Email).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
