Security Control Room Supervisor

Supervise and coordinate daily control room operations. Lead and manage a team of Control Room Operators. Monitor CCTV, alarms, access control and security systems. Ensure prompt response and escalation of security incidents. Maintain accurate logs, reports and incident records. Ensure compliance with security protocols and company procedures. Promote confidentiality, professionalism and operational excellence. Minimum Requirements: Grade 12 / Matric, 2–3 years' experience in a Control Room, Security Operations or Monitoring Centre, Minimum 1 year's supervisory or team leader experience, Valid PSiRA registration (where applicable), Experience with CCTV, alarm monitoring, access control and incident management systems, Strong computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Email), Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
