Senior Commercial Title Officer

✅ Join a national leader in Commercial Real Estate, Title, Transactions and Escrow Services ✅ Work on sophisticated commercial real estate transactions, from single-property acquisitions to complex multi-site and multi-state portfolios ✅ 5–7 years of commercial title insurance and/or commercial real estate transaction experience ✅ Play a key role in title examination, underwriting support, and transaction management ✅ Review due diligence materials, coordinate curative matters, and prepare title commitments and policies ✅ Collaborate with clients and internal teams to help drive successful transaction outcomes ✅ Title Insurance Experience Specifically Required 🏢 Hybrid – 3 Days Per Week In Office
