Compensation: $65.00/hr W2 | Plus fringe benefits Shift: 8hrs shift | Administrative - with work schedule flexibility as required to support 24/7 operations, requiring occasional after-hours engineering coverage. This job might be an outstanding fit if you have de follow qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering ( Packaging Engineering, Mechanical Engineer, Industrial Engineer, Chemical Engineer, or a related scientific/technical discipline required.)Minimum of 8+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, medical device, consumer health, or related regulated industries. Primary Container Technical Owner with strong expertise in pharmaceutical primary packaging, packaging technology transfer activities, process validation, and quality systems.Strong background in quality investigations, root cause analysis, and CAPA development.Experience with change control processes and risk assessment methodologies.Bilingual in English and Spanish The Sr Packaging Engineer- Primary Container Technical Owner will serve as the technical subject matter expert for primary packaging systems and will support site-to-site transfers, packaging operations, investigations, change management, validation activities, and material specification management while ensuring compliance, product quality, and supply continuity.
