About the role

Novax Recruitment Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager to manage complex structural steel construction projects across fabrication, erection, and project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage project cost, schedule, and budget.
• Coordinate detailing and design activities.
• Collaborate with fabrication and erection teams.
• Maintain relationships with clients and contractors.
• Manage change orders and commercial matters.
• Oversee procurement and delivery schedules.
• Produce forecasts, reports, and project updates.
• Mentor and develop junior project management staff.
• Lead multiple complex structural steel projects independently.

Requirements

• Proven structural steel project management experience.
• Experience managing projects through the full lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of fabrication and erection processes.
• Track record delivering complex steel packages.
• Strong commercial and contractual awareness.
• Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage projects autonomously from award to completion.
