About the role
This role oversees and performs technical and mechanical work to ensure the community’s buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet company standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and functionality.
Responsibilities
- Respond to work orders generated from resident service requests and complete routine community upkeep.
- Diagnose defects or problems and make repairs in accordance with established policies, procedures, safety standards, and code requirements.
- Oversee and complete the make-ready process for vacant apartment homes before leasing and new move-ins.
- Complete pre-move-out inspections, create punch lists of needed maintenance work, schedule vendors and contractors as needed, obtain supplies and materials, complete maintenance tasks, and inspect completed work.
- Develop standards for the cleanliness and overall appearance of the community’s grounds and amenities.
