About the role
The Sr. Manager of Process Improvement leads and supports high-priority strategic initiatives and performance improvement efforts across Newport Healthcare. The role partners with senior and executive leaders to translate organizational priorities into actionable plans, improve operational performance, and drive accountability for results.
Responsibilities
- Strategic planning and execution: Establish clear goals, actionable plans, workstreams, milestones, and measurable outcomes to spearhead high-priority strategic initiatives.
- Performance management: Develop and maintain key performance indicators, scorecards, and processes to measure progress against organizational goals.
- Executive reporting and accountability: Prepare decision-oriented reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior and executive leadership to improve the quality and effectiveness of performance discussions.
- Process and operational improvement: Apply systems thinking, structured problem-solving, analytics, and continuous-improvement methodologies to strengthen performance, simplify processes, and improve operational effectiveness.
- Technology and business intelligence: Partner with business and technology leaders to optimize data, reporting tools, and business intelligence capabilities, ensuring leaders have timely, reliable information to support decisions.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Build relationships across functions and levels to align stakeholders, resolve barriers, manage change, and drive execution of shared priorities.
