Key Responsibilities Drive commercial objectives by effectively managing and motivating the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets. Ensure all team members consistently achieve performance indicators (KPIs) through regular monitoring, coaching, and feedback. At least 1 year experience as a sales advisor with proven skills in follow-up and closing sales. Basic English proficiency, particularly in reading comprehension. Residency in the Distrito Nacional area is mandatory. Availability to work standard hours (9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. or 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.). Preferred: Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills. Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
