Key Responsibilities Manage and lead the sales team to achieve commercial objectives and comply with company standards. Monitor and motivate team members to meet key performance indicators (KPIs). Identify sales process improvements and implement action plans. Handle administrative tasks including HR, quality assurance, and team support. Required and Preferred Qualifications Technical degree or ongoing university studies in administrative or commercial fields. Minimum 1 year experience leading teams in a contact center. At least 1 year experience as a sales advisor with proven follow-up and closing skills. Basic English proficiency (reading comprehension). Residency in the District Nacional area is mandatory.
