Abilities Unlimited of Hot Springs is seeking an experienced, dependable, and motivated Thrift Store Manager to lead daily operations at the thrift store.

- oversee store staff and daily store operations
- manage customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience
- handle merchandising and presentation of store items
- coordinate donations and inventory management
- create and maintain staff schedules
- train new employees and support ongoing staff development
