Maintain and organize filing systems, both electronic and paper-based. Assist in scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations. Monitor office supplies and inventory, placing orders as needed. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction. In addition to daily tasks, you will participate in special projects aimed at optimizing workflow and enhancing service delivery.
