Maintain comprehensive documentation of sales activities, lead progress, and client interactions. Collaborate with marketing to align promotional strategies and boost lead generation. Build and maintain long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals. Regularly track and analyze sales metrics to measure performance and identify improvement areas. You will be responsible for direct sales efforts, client presentations, and consistent follow-ups on leads. Working closely with marketing and customer service teams, you will ensure seamless coordination to meet client expectations and enhance customer satisfaction. Success metrics: Meeting or exceeding sales targets, converting leads into sales, and achieving high client satisfaction. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred. Proven experience in field sales or related roles is an advantage. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools is a plus.
