Job description
BotExplorers is hiring a full-time Pre-Sales & Onboarding Specialist in Union, California. This remote-eligible role connects customers with innovative technology solutions through technical demonstrations, proof of concept sessions, and effective onboarding. You will help clients understand product capabilities and get the support they need to succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver technical presentations that demonstrate product capabilities and value.
- Plan and facilitate proof of concept sessions to assess solution fit and effectiveness.
- Understand customer requirements and guide clients through a smooth onboarding experience.
- Partner with the sales team to align customer needs with available products and solutions.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and customer training materials.
- Collect customer feedback and share insights with the Product Development team.
- Support projects that improve onboarding processes and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Experience delivering technical presentations and engaging with customers.
- Demonstrated ability to manage proof of concept processes.
- Strong customer engagement skills.
- Familiarity with tools and software used in pre-sales and onboarding.
- Two to five years of related experience preferred.
Team and Work Environment
Report to the Sales Manager and collaborate with Sales, Product Development, and other cross-functional teams. BotExplorers offers a collaborative environment that values creativity and initiative. This is a full-time position that is eligible for remote work.
