Key Responsibilities Deliver technical presentations showcasing product capabilities. Lead proof of concept sessions to demonstrate solution fit and effectiveness. Engage directly with customers to understand requirements and facilitate smooth onboarding. Collaborate with sales teams to align client needs with product offerings. Create and maintain technical documentation and training resources. Collect customer feedback and communicate insights to product development. Participate in projects aimed at improving onboarding processes and customer satisfaction. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field. Experience delivering technical presentations and engaging customers. Proven track record managing proof of concept initiatives. Strong customer engagement and communication skills. Familiarity with industry-standard pre-sales and onboarding tools. 2-5 years of relevant experience preferred. As part of BotExplorers’ innovative team, you will report to the Sales Manager and work cross-functionally with Product Development and Sales teams. This is a remote-eligible position based in Union, California.
