Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1–3 years of customer support, customer service, or content QA experience
- AI conversation evaluation, data labeling, LLMs, prompts, rubrics, Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, and Python
- Financial services experience and Spanish fluency are a plus
