AI/ML Engineer

Tasks

• Design, develop, and deploy secure, scalable, and enterprise-grade Generative AI solutions.
• Integrate frontier AI models, build LLM-powered applications, implement AI guardrails, and enable responsible AI adoption across enterprise environments.

Requirements

• 12+ Years
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML and LLM-based application development.
• 5+ years of experience with LLMs and GenAI architecture.
• Strong expertise in OpenAI, Anthropic, and direct foundation model integrations.
• 5+ years of experience in Prompt Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• 5+ years of experience in Agentic AI and Agentic Workflows.
• 5+ years of experience in Model Evaluation and Optimization.
• Experience building enterprise AI APIs, SDKs, orchestration frameworks, and guardrails.
• Strong understanding of AI governance, security, data privacy, and responsible AI practices.
• Experience optimizing model performance, latency, reliability, and cost.
• Strictly No GC's
