AI/ML Engineer – Generative AI/LLM

Tasks

• Design, train, and deploy ML models for production environments.
• Develop LLM-based applications, AI agents, and evaluation pipelines.
• Work on model fine-tuning, performance optimization, and scalability.
• Improve LLM accuracy and address hallucinations, bias, and other limitations.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams on AI-driven solutions.
• Take AI products from research and prototyping to production deployment.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in Machine Learning / Data Science.
• Strong knowledge of Python and ML/DL frameworks.
• Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras, or Scikit-learn.
• Expertise in at least one area: Generative AI / LLM Product Development; LLM Fine-Tuning and AI Agents; Search, Retrieval, Ranking, or Recommendation Systems.
• Understanding of NLP, model evaluation, and LLM limitations.
• Experience building and deploying production-ready ML solutions.
• Startup or 0-to-1 product development experience is a plus.
• Preferred Universities: MIT, Stanford, UC Berkeley, Santa Clara University, Harvey Mudd College, California State University, and San Francisco University.
