Key Responsibilities Assist job seekers with resume writing, interview preparation, and job application processes. Provide one-on-one coaching and support during job search efforts. Conduct workshops on job-related topics, including networking and effective application strategies. Maintain updated knowledge of Amazon’s hiring processes, job openings, and requirements. Track progress of job seekers and measure the effectiveness of career guidance provided. Collaborate with local community organizations to reach and assist underrepresented job seekers. Develop rapport with job seekers to foster a supportive environment that encourages success. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. Strong communication skills, with a focus on empathy and encouragement. Prior experience in career coaching or a related field is preferred. Familiarity with job search platforms and tools is advantageous. Experience working with diverse populations is a plus. 2+ years of experience in customer service or similar role.
