Key Duties:Analyze policies and draft detailed coverage opinions and reservation-of-rights lettersHandle declaratory judgment actions and related coverage litigationAdvise insurers on first-party property claims, CGL exposures, and bad-faith riskWork catastrophe and high-value commercial losses, including windstorm and water claimsPrepare for mediations, appraisals, and court proceedings
Requirements:JD and active Florida bar3–8+ years of insurance coverage or strong related insurance litigation experienceExcellent analytical and writing skills
