Not a general-liability seat.Our client is a regional civil-defense and coverage firm founded in 1977. More than 100 attorneys sit in 13 offices across the Mid-Atlantic, including Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, Maryland, Virginia, and Washington. Thirteen lawyers were named Super Lawyers in 2025. Coverage is a listed practice in the Philadelphia office, and the group has taken declaratory judgment actions to summary judgment. Associates are promoted to partner from inside.

What You’ll Actually Do:Draft coverage opinions and reservation-of-rights letters.Handle declaratory judgment actions and bad-faith defense.Take coverage depositions and brief summary judgment.Advise carriers on duty to defend and indemnity.
