Job description
Harshika is hiring a full-time Back Office Operations Executive in Chandigarh, India. In this role, you will use operational tools to resolve and close complaints and support their execution.
Responsibilities
- Review and close complaints using the operations tool.
- Carry out operational tasks and follow through on execution.
Qualifications
- Graduation in any field or a three-year diploma after 12th grade.
- Freshers and candidates with call center, banking, or telecommunications experience are welcome.
- Good written communication skills in English.
- Fluency in Hindi and English.

- Monthly pay listed for this position: 15,750.

Shifts and Work Location
- Male employees: 24/4 rotational shifts and rotating weekly days off.
- Female employees: flexible, nine-hour rotational shifts between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.
