Responsibilities

• Communicate in Spanish and English through online platforms and messaging applications.
• Build friendly, professional relationships with new contacts.
• Respond to messages and questions promptly and professionally.
• Assist with basic customer support and outreach activities.
• Follow instructions and complete assigned tasks accurately.
• Use websites, email, messaging platforms, and common computer applications.
• Keep communications organized and maintain a professional attitude.
• Learn new tools and processes as needed.
• Escalate questions or issues when additional assistance is required.

Requirements

• Native Spanish or Portuguese speaker.
• Professional or fluent English communication skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Friendly, approachable, and comfortable communicating with new people.
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to use websites, email, messaging apps, and common computer tools.
• Reliable, responsible, and able to follow instructions.
