Key Responsibilities For The Billing Manager

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of five billing professionals Oversee the full billing cycle, including invoice preparation, review, distribution, and compliance Manage accounts receivable activities, collections strategies, write-offs, and aging analysis Support month-end close through reconciliations, accruals, and reporting activities Partner with business leaders across multiple divisions to resolve billing and collection issues Drive process improvements, system enhancements, and operational efficiencies

Qualifications For The Billing Manager

3+ years of billing and accounts receivable experience Experience within sports, entertainment, agency, or related environments preferred Trust accounting experience strongly preferred Prior team leadership or billing management experience
