Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and customer specifications.
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards and help keep kitchen operations running smoothly.
• Support menu planning and develop creative dishes using seasonal and local ingredients.
• Track inventory and help order and stock ingredients and kitchen supplies.
• Work with kitchen staff to deliver quality food on time during service.
• Keep work areas clean and organized in accordance with health and safety requirements.
• Interact with customers when needed to support a positive dining experience.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• No formal education is required; a passion for cooking and willingness to learn are essential.
• Cooking experience, preferably in a restaurant or catering setting.
• Basic knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen and handle multiple tasks.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Food safety or food handling certifications are a plus, but not required.
