ADITYA is hiring a full-time Continental Chef in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. The role pays INR 25,000 per month. You will prepare and present Continental dishes, maintain food quality and kitchen standards, and help deliver an excellent dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of Continental dishes to high culinary standards.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to plan and execute menu items.
• Present dishes to meet quality and appearance standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized kitchen and food storage areas.
• Monitor inventory and ensure ingredients are fresh and properly stocked.
• Train and guide junior kitchen staff.
• Follow applicable food safety and hygiene regulations.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Culinary degree or equivalent experience in a similar role.
• Strong skills in preparing Continental cuisine.
• Experience working in a professional kitchen.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Work Environment

You will collaborate with kitchen colleagues, executive chefs, culinary directors, procurement staff, and, when needed, front-of-house teams. This full-time, on-site position is based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

Compensation

Pay: INR 25,000 per month.
