Key Responsibilities

• Design and prepare diverse continental dishes with an emphasis on quality and presentation.
• Manage kitchen operations ensuring hygiene and safety standards are met.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to innovate recipes and menu offerings.
• Train and mentor junior kitchen staff on cooking techniques and procedures.
• Monitor inventory and assist with supply ordering.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen environment.
• Ensure all dishes meet Ten18's quality standards and customer satisfaction.
