Job description
Requirements
- Experience in client/customer outreach and relationship management.
- Strong experience handling multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
- Ability to manage and coordinate outreach activities for 70+ customers.
- Experience with Commercial Cards is highly preferred.
- Candidates with other payment card industry experience are also welcome.
- Strong project coordination and project management skills.
- Hands-on experience with SharePoint for tracking outreach progress, updates, and follow-ups.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and ramp up quickly.
Schedule
- 100% Onsite (5 Days a Week)
- Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CT
