Job description
About the role
Support industrial automation projects, control system design, PLC/HMI programming, SCADA development, commissioning, and equipment validation.
Tasks
- Support installation, commissioning, start-up, and troubleshooting of control and automation systems.
- Design control system architecture, electrical panel layouts, control schematics, and Bills of Material (#BOM).
- Develop and modify #PLC/HMI programs and create #SCADA applications based on customer requirements.
- Perform safety validation, safety mapping, #IQ/OQ documentation, and equipment qualification activities.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with Rockwell Automation platforms, industrial control hardware, and applicable electrical and automation standards.
- Strong experience with Rockwell Studio 5000, #RSLogix 5000, and Connected Components Workbench (#CCW).
- Hands-on experience with FactoryTalk View #ME/SE, FactoryTalk Batch, Wonderware, and ArchestrA.
- Knowledge of PlantPAx, PackML, PackTag, Upack, and #OPERA programming standards.
- Experience with GuardLogix, ControlLogix, CompactLogix, #SLC 500, MicroLogix, and #PLC-5 controllers.
