Corporate Systems Manager

About the role

Green Dot is seeking a Corporate Systems Manager to lead the team that powers internal business platforms spanning finance, HR, sales, operations, collaboration, and identity.

Position supports back-office/corporate systems and applications.

Tasks

• Drive automation and integration across the corporate application portfolio.
• Modernize how employees and contractors are onboarded, provisioned, and given access.

Requirements

• 12+ Years Overall Experience Required
• Candidates must be local to Los Angeles, CA or Tampa, FL.
• Strong technical leadership combined with recent hands-on engineering experience; this is not a leadership-only role.
• Experience supporting enterprise applications in a regulated environment.
• Financial services or banking experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong Azure/hybrid-cloud experience is important.
• Key Platforms: Atlassian, Salesforce, Azure AD, and MS365.
• Integration/Automation Tools: Power Automate or comparable technologies.
• AI Experience: Strategic focus for the team; direct experience is not required.
• MCP Experience: Nice to have, not required.
