We’re looking for a friendly, professional and motivated Virtual Assistant to be the voice of SafeAir and help us deliver the best service and experience to our customers.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Answer incoming calls and potential existing customers
- Respond quickly to leads via phone, SMS and email
- Qualify leads and set appointments for our sales team
- Schedule, reschedule and confirm appointments
- Send follow-ups and reminders to customers
- Maintain accurate notes and update customer information in Workiz
- Provide excellent customer service at all times
- Work during Texas business hours
- Help our team stay organized and our pipeline full!

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Excellent English communication (speak, written)
- Professional, friendly and confident on the phone
- Experience in customer service, appointment setting or sales (some services experience is a plus)
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Workiz experience is a plus)
- Fast learner, organized and detail-oriented
- Strong computer skills and reliable internet
- Able to work full-time during Texas hours (Central Time)
- Must have a quiet home office with headset and no background noise
- Positive attitude, coachable and team player
