We are looking for a customer service professional with experience in Banking, Fintech, Investments, Brokerage, Payments, or related financial services.

QUALIFICATIONS
-1+ year of Customer Service experience in Voice, Chat, Email, or Blended Support
-Experience in Financial Services, Banking, Fintech, Investments, Brokerage, or related industries
-Basic knowledge of stocks, transactions, fees, and account management
-Strong English and Filipino communication skills
-Experience using CRM or ticketing systems
-Willing to work on-site in Ortigas, Pasig City
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
*Handle customer inquiries and assist with account and transaction concerns
*Provide accurate information regarding accounts, transactions, fees, and related services
*Maintain accurate customer and transaction records
*Escalate compliance, fraud, technical, order execution, and other complex concerns to the appropriate teams
*Follow KYC, AML, data privacy, and company procedures
