QUALIFICATIONS
• At least 2nd Year College Level
• Minimum of 6 Months to 1 Year BPO Experience (Preferably Voice Support)
• Strong Verbal & Written Communication Skills
• Proficient in Computer navigation with the ability to multitask
• Willing to work on a fixed schedule with weekends off (Saturday & Sunday)
• Willing to work On-Site in Cebu
• Adaptable and is a quick learner in a fast-paced environment
• Team Player with strong collaboration skills
• Reliable with a consistent Attendance Record
• Demonstrates a strong Customer-focused mindset
