Job description
JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Specialist. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will perform front desk receptionist duties, provide support to our customers, resolve customer concerns, deliver a positive top-quality customer experience, and perform general office duties.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Six months of related experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills required.
This is a full-time contractual position that depends on available funding each fiscal year. Limited benefits are available. The selected candidate is required to successfully complete a probationary period of 180 days.
